The TU-114 Fuel Injector Pump Pressure Tester is an automotive tool designed for a specific application range. The product is suitable for testing the fuel pressure of most gasoline/gas engine fuel injection systems, excluding Bosch, CIS Jetronic, and Throttle Body Systems on GM vehicles, as well as diesel high-pressure injection pumps and direct-injection engines.
The tester features a 3-1/2" big dial pressure gauge with a measuring range of 0-140 PSI (0-10 bar), making it ideal for the majority of fuel injection systems. The kit includes a 15" long hose with a 1/4" female brass fitting, a shorter 8" hose with a 1/4" male and M6 brass fitting, and a T-type aluminum tee part with 1/4" and 3/8" barbed connections and 1/8"-24 NPT and 1/8"-27 NPT brass fittings.
The in-line connection allows the tester to be spliced between the fuel pump and engine, enabling the user to assess the fuel pressure and determine if the fuel supply and injection system are functioning normally. The dual color-coded scale on the gauge facilitates easy and accurate readings.
Additionally, the kit includes 13 brass parts, a 1/4" x 3-1/2" hose, a 3/8" x 3-1/2" hose, 2 hose clamps, an instruction manual, and a blue storage case. The short hoses are made of rubber nylon resin, while the adapters are constructed from brass, aluminum, and steel, ensuring the product's durability and longevity.
