Start the engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperature. Once the engine has stopped running, turn it off and remove all spark plugs.

With the throttle fully open, press the connector of the pressure gauge onto the spark plug hole.

Use the motor to drive the engine to rotate at 100-150r/min for 3-5 seconds. During this time, the pointer on the instrument will gradually rise and stop at a certain value, which represents the compression pressure of the cylinder.

Repeat the above steps 2-3 times to improve the measurement accuracy.
The Fuel Pressure Gauge is made of oil-resistant tempered glass mirror surface, copper interface, and rubber gauge hose. Its primary function is to measure the pressure of the fuel supply system, allowing you to assess the working conditions of the electric gasoline pump, oil pressure regulator, and other fuel system components.
This Fuel Pressure Gauge is compatible with GM 6.6L Duramax engines and is equipped with a 3-1/2" gauge that reads from 30 inHg to 15 PSI. The package includes the 3-1/2" gauge, a 6ft hose, and a quick coupler.
